Itinerary

Itinerary for 1 night and 2 days.
Day one = Hotel pick-up at Gangtok (STD 10:00am), proceed to lachung, sight seeing on the way, dinner and over night at Yarlam Resort.
Day two = Early morning excursion to Yumthang Valley, singba rhododendron sanctuary and hot springs (0 point (yumesamdong) extra chargeable) , Back to resort for lunch & proceed to Gangtok (STD 01:00pm), drop back to hotel at Gangtok (ETA 06:00pm).

Itinerary for 2 night and 3 days.
Day one = Hotel pick-up at Gangtok and proceed towards lachung (STD 10am), sight seeing on the way and arrive at Yarlam Resort, Lachung by evening (STA 4pm), non alcoholic welcome drinks shall be provided on arrival, over night at the resort.
Day two = Early morning excursion to Yumthang Valley (by 8am), singba rhododendron sanctuary, hot springs (0 point (yumesamdong) extra chargeable) Tourist cafeteria will be available for light snax, return to the resort for late lunch. Evening at leisure and over night at the resort.
Day three = Check out after lunch and proceed towards Gangtok (STD 1pm). In case of early departure pack lunch shall be provided for the way, Drop back at hotel in Gangtok.

Package Inclusion

Hotel pick up & drop by Local taxi (4 seater) within 10Km. (above 4 paxx 2 Taxi shall be provided)
Room as per requirement including all meals at the resort.
Package cost includes only 1 vehicle (Maxx/Sumo).
Inclusive of all taxes.

Terms & Conditions

All bookings will be confirmed against payment of 50% Advance.
Balance amount is to be credited into our account 15 days prior to arrival.
All necessary documents required for making of permits should be furnished either by email or by courrier 15days prior to arrivals at our registered office in Gangtok.
In the event of failure in furnishing the required documents within the stipulated time, our company will not be liable for any consequence arising out if it.
Difference in cost arising due to mishaps, bandhs/strikes, natural calamities like landslides, road blockages etc. In such a case, the extra cost would have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.
Only 1 extra adult/ bed will be permitted in a room. Cost of extra bed 2000 per night, cost of child with no bed 1200 per night, children only below 5yrs will be complimentary.
Package cost includes only 1 vehicle (Maxx/Sumo) above 8 pax extra vehicle is mandatory on extra cost.
Extra vehicle (maxx/sumo) @7000/- for 2 nights and Rs. 5000 for 1 night.
Upgradation to luxury vehicle Rs.1000 per vehicle per day, over the package cost.
Extra vehicle (luxury) @ 3500 per vehicle per day.
Yumisamdung (zero point) & Katao pass are not included in the Package.
Anything not mentioned in the package would be chargeable.
The above rates are valid for both season & off Season.

Cancellations

For Package Tours

In the event of cancellation within 1 week prior to arrival 50% shall be charged as retention & cancellation within 72hrs prior to arrival would attract 100% retention charges.
25% shall be charged as retention for cancellation within 15days to the arrival date.
In case of early departure after check in is done 100% retention would be charged on the balance nights booked.

For Rooms Booked

In the event of No show or cancellation within 72hrs prior to arrival would attract 1 night retention, and within 24hrs prior to arrival date, Would attract 100% retention charges.
Cancellation within 1 week of arrival will attract 50% retention.
25% shall be charged as retention for cancellation within 15days to the arrival date.
For groups cutoff date would be 30days prior to arrival. In the event of no show or cancellation within 30days prior to the group arrival would attract 1 night retention charge, and within 15days prior to the arrival date would attract full retention charges.
In case of early departure after check in is done 100% retention would be charged on the balance nights booked.
